  1. The limited bidding must be received at NR&DCA, Gelephu addressed to Offtg. Program Director, on or before 12:00 noon of 31st May 2021 and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm.
  2. A complete set of bidding documents can also be downloaded from MoAF website: moaf.gov.bt,   or DoL website- www.dol.gov.bt , or NR&DCA website – www.nca.gov.bt  as per the above mentioned date.
  3. Bidding documents may be collected from procurement/administration Section at minimal charges of Nu. 300/- during office hours.
  4. Tender should accompanied with the earnest money mentioned against supply in the form of cash warrant/demand draft/Bank guarantee (unconditional) drawn in favour of Offtg. Program Director, NR&DCA, Gelephu.
